Selective development has been a significant segment of our business throughout the years and will continue to be so. Goldstein Associates has had proven success in its ability to assemble and acquire strategically located sites in both small and large markets. We have the resources and talent to navigate the increasingly complex, local, state and federal entitlement processes and to bring complicated new development projects to a successful completion.
Hospitality
Through our long term partnership with Newport Hotel Group, we concentrate our efforts on hotel investment and development. We specialize in renovations that maximize return on investment by adding value, increasing revenue and improving operating efficiency. Newport Hotel Group’s corporate objectives stress carefully planned growth through the development and retention of key human resources, plus acquisition and turnaround of under-performing hotels and resorts.
